Our DI Hard Liners combines the strength of a forged steel outer shell with corrosion and abrasion resistance of inner High Crome Iron sleeve. These High Crome Iron sleeve is precision honed with a surface finish designed to ensure maximum piston life and heat treated to a minimum uniform bore hardness of 63 HRC. DI Hard Liners are available in various sizes to fit in mud pumps widely used by drillers today. These liners are made for superior performance under tough corrosive and abrasive conditions. Rigid inspection is conducted on each of the Liners for uniformity of hardness, finish and accuracy in all dimensions.

Available for both Duplex & Triplex Pumps, these Liners aredesigned for medium to heavy duty operation.
These liners are manufactured from Nickel chrome alloy steel forgings. These are hardened to H.R.C. 58 62 and ground finished to the close tolerances and micro inch finish. This result is an extremely hard and uniform Liner bore. These Liners are high quality product for medium to heavy duty drilling applications.

LAXMI, Full Open Wing Guided type is a single piece, solid body valve ensuring strength and rigidity to withstand high pressure in pumping operation. While in operation, the fully-open design of the valve with hardened wear area provides maximum fluid discharge & maximum wear life at high pressures. Snap on ring and top plate provides easy access to insert and prevents plate breakage.

LAXMI Four Web Center Guided Type Valve Assembly is suitable Low to Medium pressure pump operations. The cross arm & a central guide design with hardened wear area ensures high strength of valve body & maximum wear life during operations. An easy replacement of inserts by removing the knock off plates enables operators to quickly replace inserts thereby, reducing the pump's downtime.

LAXMI Three Web Center Guided Type Valve Assembly is three webbed single piece solid body valve assembly manufactured from heat treated and forged alloy steel. The design provides positive centering by both top and bottom guides to minimise wear in the impact area. The three webbed seat allows additional flow area and reduced abrasion and turbulence.

LAXMI Piston Rods are manufactured using high grade rolled & annealed steel alloy, precision machined to close tolerances and uniformly heat treated to achieved properties exceeding API 7K standards. Piston Rods are manufactured for both Low Pressure and High Pressure Mud Pumps.
One end of the Piston Rods is taper machined to API Tapers to it's close tolerances, where as the concentricity is very closely maintained. Its Cross head connections are made to pump manufacturer's specs. Threads are precisely cut and are controlled by API Guages.

Pinnacle series Piston Assemblies are available both in single and double acting type. Piston rubbers of Piston assemblies are manufactured using very high strength polymer with very tough fabric backing. Special care is taken for accurate dimensions of Piston hub and formed from high grade steel to ensure very long life. These Piston assemblies give very long life even under extreme working conditions. pistons are fully interchangeable with other API standard designed pistons and deliver maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions.
